OSSIEN LLC ("we," "us," "our") offers 1-on-1 music production coaching and consulting services. Enrollment is by application only and is subject to our approval.
Results shared on this website are from real clients but are not typical. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, consistency, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or level of success.
All payments for coaching services are due as agreed upon enrollment. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is outlined in your individual service agreement. By enrolling you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
By submitting our application form, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Holistic Creativity. The following terms cover the minimum requirements from the carriers:
Holistic Creativity
1. By opting in, you agree to receive follow-up, reminder, appointment, and promotional text messages related to your application and our coaching services. Message frequency varies.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at mark@holisticcreativity.co.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSSIEN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
